ScaffInspect Terms of Use
Updated 10 October 2026
ScaffInspect is provided by Yolleg Ltd for company scaffold inspection records. By creating an account, you agree to these service terms and confirm you are authorized to act for your company. Questions: [email protected].
Using the service
Keep account credentials private, give each team member their own login and manage admin access carefully. Supply accurate information and upload only material you are entitled to record and share. Do not misuse the service, access another company's records or interfere with security.
Your company retains responsibility for its records and grants us permission to store and process them to provide ScaffInspect. It must inform people whose details, photos or signatures are recorded and decide who can receive reports and share links.
Inspection responsibilities
ScaffInspect helps you record inspections and prepare reports. It does not inspect or certify a scaffold, replace a competent person or guarantee legal compliance. Check the scaffold and the completeness of each report yourself. Follow applicable safety requirements and report or prevent use of unsafe scaffolds. A displayed status, reminder or QR tag is based on recorded information and may become outdated. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for deciding whether a scaffold is safe.
Plans and purchases
A new eligible company account receives a fourteen-day service trial. Early-access registration may require an invite code. Adding records needs an active trial or subscription and is subject to the selected company plan's limits. Existing company records remain available to view after access expires.
When offered in the app, App Store subscriptions are purchased through Apple at the price and renewal period shown before purchase. They renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple's subscription terms. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings. Restore purchases while signed in to the purchasing company; a company purchase cannot be moved to another company by signing into a different account. Existing website subscriptions through Stripe can continue to provide company access.
Deleting a company or the app does not cancel an Apple or website subscription. Cancel the subscription separately to stop future renewal. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests under its rules. An unpaid service trial is separate from any introductory offer shown by Apple.
Saved work and sharing
Offline drafts and inspections need a successful sync before they reach the company service. Review rejected sync attempts and keep appropriate exports. Selected export recipients receive the report contents. Public scaffold tags reveal limited status and inspector details; enabled site share links can reveal reports, photos and signatures to anyone with the link. Protect these links and disable unwanted site sharing through the website.
Closing an account
Removing a team member's login preserves company inspection records and their original signed details. A company administrator must confirm the scope of a company-record deletion request. Export records your business is required to keep before deleting the company. Contact support to request closure or deletion. In-app deletion is being put in place. Our Privacy Policy explains active records, device copies and retention.
Availability and licence
A connection is needed for sign-in, synchronization, subscription verification and records not already saved on your device. Maintenance and outages may interrupt service. Local notifications are a convenience; your company must arrange inspection schedules and record retention independently.
The iPhone and iPad app uses Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update service terms as the service changes; material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact details.
